We do not directly provide loans, credit cards, or financial products. Any agreement you enter into with a third-party provider is strictly between you and that provider.

Unless otherwise stated, Flipliate Media and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Flipliate Media. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Flipliate Media for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

4. Publisher & Advertiser Agreements

If you are joining our network as a Publisher (Affiliate) or Advertiser, your participation is subject to a separate, legally binding Insertion Order (IO) or Network Agreement. In the event of a conflict between these General Terms and your Network Agreement, the Network Agreement shall prevail.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the United States and India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
